St. Monica Tuition Assistance

We understand that tuition can be a financial burden to families and St. Monica Catholic School believes that a Catholic School education should be affordable for all families. St. Monica Tuition Assistance is available for families that are parishioners of St. Monica Catholic Church with students in grades PK-8. Applications are still available.

Eligibility:

• Pre-K through 8th grade students 
• The maximum assistance available is 40% of tuition
• The student's family must meet the requirements for the Supportive Parishioner tuition rate
• The application must be completed by the individual paying tuition
• The application must be filled out and all requested information provided by April 1, 2025

 

Application:

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will conduct the financial need analysis. Applications will open on November 1, 2024. The following information is required for FACTS to process your application:

1. Fill out the online FACTS GRANT & AID ASSESSMENT at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid
2. Submit documents by uploading them to your online account:

• Copies of your IRS Federal Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ U.S. Individual Income Tax Return. If the applicant and co-applicant file separately, we require both tax returns for the same tax year.
• Copies of all W-2 Wage and Tax Statements for both the applicant and co-applicant Copies of all supporting tax schedules
• Copies of all supporting documentation for household Non-Taxable Income such as Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)

The applicant is responsible for following up with FACTS and ensuring that all required documentation has been received promptly. NOTE: Award decisions are not made by FACTS, they are made by the St. Monica Tuition Assistance Committee. The Committee will review applications and approve or deny each Tuition Assistance Application based on the calculated financial need of the applicant.
 

Emergency Tuition Assistance:

Emergency tuition assistance is available during the school year only to currently enrolled school families, on a limited basis, for those who demonstrate temporary need caused by death, a major illness, or job loss. Please contact Tuition Assistance for information.
