October 2023 Teacher of the Month

The St. Monica School Advisory Council along with St. Monica Catholic School is honored to present the October 2023 Teacher of the Month, Miss Shannon Mocarski.
 
St. Monica is honored to have a teacher with the qualities of Miss Mocarski. Teachers who love teaching, teach children to love learning. In our St. Monica community, our teachers are viewed as truly loving their students, seeking their highest good even when at times the way may be hard.

As one of her nominators wrote: “This has been the best year yet. Miss Mocarski has done wonders for our child.” Another nominator wrote “Miss Mocarski truly understands the fourth grade child. She builds on their formation both academically and as a Catholic disciple for Christ. I am proud to partner with her daily as she teaches and cares for our children.”

Miss Mocarski is the model of exemplary teaching. Let’s congratulate Miss Mocarski today for her commitment to excellence and her impact on our students. We are excited to celebrate the wonderful and positive contributions that she is making at our school.
