Students are admitted to St. Monica School based upon the following criteria:
Complete application with required documentation
Screening/Placement Test
Principal/Director Recommendation (if applicable)
Teacher Recommendation (if applicable)
Student Records (if applicable)
3's class - must be 3 by September 1 and potty trained
4’s class – must be 4 by September 1 and potty trained
Developmental Kindergarten – must be 5 by December 31

1st Grade candidates must be 6 years old by September 1
After academic eligibility is confirmed and all information is received, the Admissions Committee determines admission of new students to St. Monica Catholic School.
6th - 8th Grade Admission Criteria
Students are admitted to St. Monica School based upon the following criteria:
Complete application with required documentation
Family Interview
Screening/Placement Test
Principal Recommendation
Math Teacher Recommendation
English Teacher Recommendation
Student Records
After academic eligibility is confirmed and all information is received, the Admissions Committee determines admission of new students to St. Monica Catholic School.
Prospective students shall receive priority in the admission process using the following guidelines:
Sibling of current St. Monica student
St. Monica Parishioner
Baptized Catholic, Non-Parishioner
Non-Catholic
Date of Application Completion
