Mr. Ouellette's Biography


  I have been in Catholic education since 1991. My bachelor's degree is in History from the University of Dallas and my Master's degree is in Pastoral Studies from the University of St. Thomas in Houston. I also have 15 hours towards my administrative certification.

I moved to Texas in 1982 and have lived in Dallas and Houston;  I much prefer Dallas. I am the middle of 3 children, I have an older brother in Houston and a younger sister who resides in Waco.  My parents receive their mail in Waco; however, they travel in their RV many months during the year (the joy of retirement).
