Final Exam Week

Blessings upon all students and parents!  Wow, where has the year gone?  Here we are, the middle of May and Exam Week already...

Just a few tips and reminders to students regarding this week:

    1. Try not to get too worried about finals.  I know, they may be a bit intimidating, but remember there isn't anything here you haven't already studied, so if you've done your best in class you really shouldn't have anything to worry about.

    2. Take some time for R&R.  Rest, relaxation and exercise really are important.  With this week's half days, don't spend all your time studying...prevent burn-out by balancing study time with fun time - movies, music, hoops, whatever best helps you relax.

    3. Go to bed!  Most importantly, make sure to get plenty of sleep!  Take advantage of the extra time during the day to study so that you don't have to stay up late and instead turn in early.  A good night's sleep is the best test preparation you can have!

What to look for on this site: It is my practice to always post due dates and reminders for all projects and tests. There will usually be one major project per class each semester. The number of tests will vary according to the particular class and the amount of material covered therein. I do not post daily homework assignments or reminders concerning quizzes as I believe that middle school students are mature enough to take responsibility for these themselves.
