Maureen Johnson I am delighted to be at St. Monica as the Director of Communications. I look forward to working with the parents and staff to provide timely, relevant and accurate information to the St. Monica Catholic School Community. By way of background, I worked in industry for many years before leaving to work as Technical Director in the Catholic Schools Office for the Dallas Diocese. I found my passion and calling working to improve Catholic education for our children. I have two grown children, who are married, and a fifth grader, Colleen, at St. Monica. My husband, Bill, and I enjoy being 'do over parents' and are grateful for the perspective Colleen has given to us. As a family we enjoy the outdoors particularly fishing, boating and gardening (at least I like the gardening!) Any suggestions, comments you may have regarding the website and/or communciations are appreciated. It is only by working together that we can build a strong community to enrich our lives and those of our children. |
