THEME FOR NEXT WEEK:  Dinosaurs

STUDENTS OF THE WEEK:

• 4’s – Ayden Barringer
  (Since we have 22 students in the 4’s, we are doing our last student of the week the last week of Feb. and will start Book Reporters the first week of March.)

BOOK REPORTERS OF THE WEEK (see information below)

• 3’s – Julia Hansen

WHAT WE WILL DO NEXT WEEK

We will read and learn about dinosaurs.  The students may bring anything about dinosaurs that they would like to share with the class.  We will also read and talk about the Bible stories – Daniel and the Lion’s Den 

NEWS & NOTES

• January 28th – February 1st is Catholic Schools Week.
   
• Book Reporters of the Week
• When everyone has had a turn being Student of the Week, we will have – Book Reporters of the week. 
• The children scheduled as Book Reporters will bring their favorite book to school to share with the class. 
• Every time we read a book, we talk about the Title, the Author, and the Illustrator. 
• We will do the same with the Book Reporters’ books.  The Book Reporter will help me do this. 
• The Book Reporter will also bring a simple snack and drink for everyone in our class.
