Parents are invited to have lunch with your child(ren) this week. Each grade has a day designated for parents. Please note the grade and time on the calendar above.
Check-in for lunch is at the Senior Guides desk in McManus Hall or outside the cafeteria.
BUCK-A-JEAN DAY ON WEDNESDAY
Students may wear blue jeans on Wednesday for $1. Money collected will be given people in Haiti and the Philippines suffering from natural disasters.
Dress Code: Please wear a blue or red shirt and jeans. Please - no ripped jeans, spaghetti straps or open-toed shoes. Wear tennis shoes only!
FAMILY DINNER NIGHT ON WEDNESDAY
The PTO is hosting dinner for all St. Monica families on Wednesday evening, February 3rd. Dinner will be served in the cafeteria from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Bring the family and enjoy a night away from the kitchen!
CANNED GOODS COLLECTION FOR THE NORTH TEXAS FOOD BANK
Please send canned goods by Friday, February 5th . You may also send $1 which is equivalent to 4 cans. Every grade that collects 500 cans will receive a dress down day!

Grades K through 6 students earn a Ticket to Six Flags by reading 6 hours! Each Read to Succeed ticket will come with a discounted admission ticket offer for families so everyone can celebrate the reading achievement!
Reading logs were backpacked home on Friday, January 29th and are due Wednesday, February 24th
CANDY-GRAM SALES
Candy-Grams will be sold by the Dance Team & Cheerleaders during lunch and recess beginning Tuesday. $1 buys a Candy-Gram to be delivered to a friend or teacher on Friday, February 12th. Watch for more information early next week.
RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION
Students returning to St. Monica School for the 2010-2011 school year must be registered. The Registration Fee is $180 if paid by February 1st. You may pay online with American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard or VISA(clickhere). Effective Monday, February 1st - the Registration Fee is $205 (revised) per student.
