FAMILY PERMISSION & INFORMATION

The St. Monica PTO publishes a directory for families attending St. Monica School. This year we will have a paper directory as well as a new online directory. 

  • The paper directory will be printed and distributed to St. Monica families in September. 
            
  • The online directory may only be accessed with the username/password set when signing up for egroups. It will not be open to the general public.

Please indicate your approval to publish the information you provide in the paper directory, online directory or both.

NOTE: Each household should complete the information for the Family Directory.  If parents are divorced, each parent should fill out the Directory Information as they would like it to appear.
