Admissions Criteria:

Students are admitted to St. Monica School based upon the following criteria:

  1. Placement test
    Grades 1 through 8Academic Preparedness
    KindergartenAcademic Readiness
  2. Previous academic performance
  3. Conduct and behavior
  4. Attendance

Application Process:

  1. Complete the online application and print prior to submitting.

    Return to a partially completed application
     
  2. Mail or bring the following to the school office
    Note: Applications for Admission will not be accepted until the application is complete with the following items:
    1. Printed application
    2. Birth Certificate from Bureau of Vital Statistics. 
    3. Immunization Record must include month, day and year of each shot and the health care provider's signature or stamp.  Students who are not in compliance with state immunization guidelines will not be allowed to attend school
    4. Baptismal Certificate, if Catholic
    5. School Records - Transcript including all educational and diagnostic testing from previous school (grades 1-8) and current report card
    6. $35 Testing Fee
    7. $500 Registration and Academic Fee
      (Fee is non-refundable once Admission Acceptances are mailed).

Please Note: Child entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years old on or before September 1st
