Dear St. Monica Parents,
I am so excited about our new school year! The St. Monica parish and school have been educating the children of this community since 1955 and we are blessed to be continuing the tradition of tremendous faith formation and academic excellence. We educate children in PK-3 through 8th grade, and it is our privilege to care for these children in a safe and nurturing environment. It is our goal to educate our students in their Catholic faith, fully develop their academic potential, and nurture the whole person, physically, socially and morally.
Our faculty and staff are dedicated, talented and highly professional. We are blessed that our teaching staff is so committed to the development of the whole child, not only assisting them with academic growth but furthering their ethical and moral development, social interactions and doing so in partnership with their families who are, of course, the primary educators.
Finally, the true center of our school is the community of St. Monica! Our parents, school organizations, and the entire parish are incredibly supportive and generous with their time, talents and treasure. As I enter this school year as principal, I am fully aware of how tremendously blessed I am to have this opportunity to work in partnership with this community to continue building on all of the traditions that make St. Monica such a special place for our families and their children. We are all so happy to welcome each of you and hope that this school year will be filled with love, learning and a great deal of fellowship for families and the whole community. I hope you will feel free to contact me with any questions! I am enjoying the renewing of friendships developed last year and look forward more opportunities to meet and get to know more of our families.
God Bless and Go Bearcats!
